Cocktail bar & kitchen Rendition has announced that its new food menu will be available for half price all summer long.

Located on Deansgate in the city centre, Rendition will treat guests to an inclusive, experience-led atmosphere with theatrical cocktails made with the finest ingredients, all paired alongside grown-up small plates, designed to share.

As well as a whole new food offering, Rendition’s skilled kitchen team will be serving brunch for the first time ever! Served daily from 10am – 2pm, the menu includes classics such as Homemade Guac on Toast, with Red Onion and Coriander served on the Bread of the Day (£9), 8oz Rump Steak & Eggs (£14), Eggs Benedict (£9), and Eggs Florentine (£8).

From 5pm the kitchen will serve a selection of quality small plates and renditions of comfort food, including Whipped Goat’s Cheese with Flatbread, Coriander Oil, Toasted Sunflower Seeds & Dates (£8), BBQ Beer Glazed Pork Belly, with Soy, Ale, Sesame & Treacle Glaze (£12) and 28 Day Aged Rump, served in strips with Black Peppercorn Caramel (£14).

There is also a selection of fried chicken dishes, with chicken strips fried in Rendition’s house batter, served with toppings including Sriracha & Honey, Mango & Soy.

For a limited time, diners can get 50% off the new food menu, from Monday-Saturday before 8pm. To claim the half-price offer, diners simply need to head over to Rendition’s website and sign up to be sent a golden ticket. Tables will need to be booked in advance to use the discount.

With this incredible offer, diners can enjoy the likes of delicious rump steak for just £7, as well as a BBQ Beer Glazed Pork Belly for just £6!

Rendition has also announced it will be launching a new cocktail menu filled with classic cocktail twists and theatrical style favourites.

Highlights include Rendition’s Red Hot Fun which is made up of Ciroc Red Berry, Cranberry and Chilli, and The Dance which consists of Stolichnaya Vanilla, Strawberry and Bubblegum.

The modern-day dining bar also adds its own twists to classic cocktails, such as Raspberry Collins served with Manchester Raspberry; the Pink Grapefruit Sour served with Bullet Bourbon, Pink Grapefruit and Lemon, and a new Caramel Espresso Martini, with Absolut, Tosolini and Caramel. Guests will be able to make the most of the bar’s happy hours, with 2 for £12 cocktails available Fridays and Saturdays  5pm- 8pm.
