Gary Neville’s Stock Exchange Hotel’s Restaurant is to get a new name and a new head chef

Thirty three year old Niall Keating, who’s worked in the two star Restaurant Sat Bains in Nottingham and the three star Benu in San Francisco will head the new enterprise which will be called Tender and will open on the 5th June

Keating career had humble beginnings as a 15-year-old kitchen porter at Fitzherbert Arms in Stafford,was sous chef at the Bath Priory hotel’s on-site restaurant before joining the two-starred Sat Bains in Nottingham as chef de partie.

The new restaurant will replace the Stock Market Grill which closed last summer. and will be offering a weekday brasserie lunch, an à la carte dinner menu, afternoon teas, a Sunday roast and chef’s table, and special tasting menu.

In addition to the main dining room, there will be a private space for up to 12 guests named ‘The Bank’, and there are plans to announce a series of events and live music experiences at the venue.
