On Friday 18th October, Levenshulme Market is throwing its annual Pumpkin Party night market. It all happens at the Levenshulme Train Station Car Park from 17:00-21:00.

The October night market will be a seasonal pre-Halloween monster smash. There will be some of Manchester’s best street food traders on hand, with an accent on comfort food designed to warm those chilly Autumn cockles, with To Pie For serving up hot pies and mash, Mama Sue’s dishing out jambalaya, gumbo and other dishes inspired by the Deep South and Parmageddon who specialise in parmo, an extremely popular takeaway dish native to Middlesbrough and the North East which they have refined into deliciousness. The Levy Market pop-up bar will be lubricating the crowds with a selection of ale, beer, wine, prosecco, spirits, and some specially convened warm cocktails.

The night market will also have Halloween themed sweets on sale in time for the arrival trick-or-treaters, an expert face painter on hand to create terrifying looks for adults and kids alike, and, most importantly of all, our traditional pumpkin competition – our customers are invited to bring along their carved pumpkins for the chance to win a £20 voucher to spend at the market on any date from now until the end of the year. Come and quake in terror at the sight of our candle-lit pumpkin display!

Alongside all this a selection of artisan and handmade stalls including HotchPotchPanda who will have some bespoke spooky jewellery and The Closet Buxton, who will have a range of Halloween-themed attire for sale, alongside Wristwood selling eco-friendly wooden watches, Sian Ellis selling a selection of playful and bold illustrated items, largely influenced by spooks and things that go bump in the night, and Salford Rum selling, well, Salford Rum. Perfect for some Friday night shopping!
