A special Valentine’s Day menu is coming to Shoryu Ramen to add something special for Mancunians on the most romantic day of the year with a set menu that pieces together the ultimate Japanese dining experience for guests.
Valentine’s guests will be able to choose from two delicious courses, complete with a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival.
Shoryu will be serving loved-up diners two delicious courses, starting with the Shoryu Bun – either Char Siu Barbecue Pork Belly or Halloumi and Shimeji Mushrooms. The restaurant’s signature Shoryu Ganso ramen will be the main course, with the option of White Natural; a unique blend of tony soy milk, miso, konbu, shiitake broth, atsuage fried tofu, kikurage mushrooms, spring onion, menma bamboo shoots, and nori seaweed as a vegetarian/vegan alternative.
Diners wishing to make the night extra special can add a bottle of Prosecco onto the menu for just £20.
To finish, guests can end the night on a high with a choice of two desserts, the creamy Matcha/ Yuzu Cheesecake or Matcha Sundae which is available in Chocolate, Azuki or Coffee Jelly.
