Award winning street food operators GRUB will be putting on their second ever themed street food market.

Following hot on the heels of the sell out East Asian Food Fair the new Burger Food Fair will be overflowing with burgers of all kinds, from the traditional beef patty to the fish burger via a Kenyan BBQ burger and everything in between! This is all going down in Manchester’s best beer garden the Mayfield Gatehouse kicking off Friday 28th of June and running until Sunday the 30th June with all the burgers being 100% vegan on the Sunday.

This burger food fest will be wall to wall burgers from some of the best street food traders around including What’s Your Beef, Nyama Choma, Wholesome Junkies, The Little Fishy, Hun, Guerrilla Guerrilla and more burger chefs yet to be announced. All of the traders will be bringing their own twists on the humble burger taking inspiration from world cuisine and Bakeorama will even be making burgers made of cake. The fun doesn’t stop there, the event will also be pouring a tap takeover from top class UK craft brewery Kernel. Vegans & vegetarians will be well looked after as always with all traders providing great options and Sunday being 100% vegan food.

GRUB are hoping Manchester will embrace this new burger festival as director Jules Bailey confirms “Manchester has always had a passion for burgers and we really wanted to bring our own spin to it, we’re really excited to see these top level street food chefs giving the people of Manchester what they really want!”

Grub’s Burger Food Fair opens the weekend of the 28th June and is open Friday & Saturday 12 noon to 10pm and Sunday 12 noon-6pm.
