To welcome in the season, Bill’s is launching Summer of Music, a series of outdoor gigs hosted at Bill’s restaurants across the UK. Customers will be able to enjoy seasonal dishes and refreshing cocktails whilst listening to free musical performances by an array of up and coming artists; the perfect way to while away long warm evenings with friends.

Bill’s Manchester will play host to the series on 13th July, with acoustic performances by singer-songwriters Lucy Mayhew and Ollie Lloyd.

The gigs will continue throughout the summer months with performances from up and coming artists and even some of Bill’s talented staff. There’s no need to book tickets; instead customers can simply reserve a table for the evening.

Summer of Music launched at Bill’s Kingston in June, with a special performance by Brit Award nominated singer-songwriter NAO. Other editions of the series included Bill’s Reading (29th June) with upcoming events at Bill’s Cardiff (27th July), Bill’s Liverpool (10th August) . Bill’s Lewes will host the final gig on 24th August, bringing it back to where Bill’s originated as a small greengrocers and café.

Diners will be able to feast on a delicious range of new dishes and drinks during the performances, with Bill’s new summer menu launching nationwide this month. Highlights include Bill’s Summer Salad with baby kale, freekeh, sprouts, blueberries & watermelon, Diablo Gnocchi with king prawns & chorizo and Strawberry & Mango Eton Mess.

The new cocktail menu features sublime summer sundowners such as Lemongrass Margarita with fresh chilli and Bill’s Signature Negroni.

Founder Bill Collison, says “I’ve always been a big music fan and can’t wait to introduce our customers to some exciting up and coming artists from around the country. Bill’s has always been about bringing people together and being the ideal place for all social occasions. Bill’s Summer of Music will only add to that.”
