A series of family-friendly drive-in cinema showings are set to take place at EventCity next week.
The first screening will kick-off on Thursday 26th March, and promises to be fun for all.
In light of arts spaces and cinemas across Manchester closing to aid with social distancing, One Agency is bringing entertainment to families to ensure carefree fun is had by everyone, in a safe environment.
Now, families can enjoy feel-good films together at a Drive-In Cinema hosted at EventCity, the North’s largest conference, exhibition and multi-purpose venue.
At just £20 per vehicle, families are invited to enjoy a film from the comfort of their own car.
There will be two film screenings each day, which range from certificates U to 12a, so they can be enjoyed by all of the family. Displayed across three dynamic, gigantic One Agency screens, all the movies will be streamed in high-quality formats, allowing for the best cinema experience.
Films will be shown at 2pm and 6pm every day. Tickets for each show can be purchased on Eventbrite and more information on the events can be found here.
One Agency would like to invite local charities to apply for a FREE ticket for a special charity viewing – which will gain them entry to one movie screening on Wednesday 25th March. There are 100 spaces available and applications should be requested to:

These events will be a space for people to come and enjoy the escape of a cinema experience with their family, all whilst sticking to social-distancing guidelines.
You don’t need to leave your car; you can bring your own food if you want to enjoy the show from the comfort of your own vehicle, however, they have put a number of precautions in place, should you wish to leave your car for a bathroom break.
There will be many toilets on-site, all of which will only allow 1 person at a time and will be regularly cleaned down.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the location, including within the toilets, which will also be fully stocked with hand-soap and running water.
