This Christmas, The Ivy Spinningfields brightens up Spinningfields’ skyline with its ‘We Love You Manchester’ installation. Looking over the east side of the striking building, two-metre high letters shine out over Manchester.

Spreading love and positivity during this difficult time, The Ivy Spinningfields’ magical
installation is guaranteed to bring a sparkle of joy to passers-by, as well as guests upon re-
opening, subject to additional government announcements.

Expertly created by the talented bar team, The Ivy Spinningfields will bring a touch of festive spirit with a specially curated, Manchester inspired cocktail menu. Delicious concoctions include the All I Want For Manchester Is You – a mix of Manchester Blackberry Gin, Crème de Cacao and cream, the Civic Pride – Wyborowa Vodka, Crème de Figue, vanilla and almond milk, the indulgent King Street Expresso, made with Bailey’s Irish Cream, Wyborowa Vodka, Tosolini Expre, espresso liqueur, fresh pulled espresso and a touch of sugar, the Spinningfields Sparkle – consisting of 30 & 40 Double Jus Calvados Liqueur, a sugar cube soaked in chocolate bitters and topped with The Ivy Collection Champagne, the Deansgate Toddy – Naked Grouse Scotch Whiskey with winter spices, agave, lemon and hot water, and last but not least the FAC51 Negroni, comprised of Manchester FAC51 Hacienda Gin, Quintinye Rouge Vermouth and a homemade bitter solution.

For those with a sweet tooth, The Ivy Spinningfields has the perfect dessert with Letters to
Santa (£9.95), a traditional offering to Santa and his helpers. Enjoy all the flavours of Christmas with this assortment of festive classics including The Ivy mince pie, chocolate truffle and salted caramel balls, chocolate flake and salted caramel sauce.

“It’s been a challenging year for Manchester, so now more than ever, we wanted to help put a smile back on people’s faces, bringing festive cheer to the city. We’re looking forward to greeting familiar faces as well as new guests for an array of delicious Christmas cocktails and warming winter dishes as soon as we are able to.”
