Dakota Grill, situated in the new luxury boutique hotel, Dakota Manchester, has unveiled a new prix fixe menu, changing each month to reveal a new theme, starting with wild and wonderful game dishes for the month of November.

November’s prix fixe game menu will provide feel-good food, with a host of tempting starters, mains and desserts to enjoy. Guests can choose to dine on two courses for £20, or three courses for £25, available from 12.30 – 14:30 and 18:00 – 18:45, daily.

For starters, highlights include rabbit leg pappardelle with parmesan and truffle, charred mackerel with beetroot, horseradish and parsley, spiced carrot soup with chive, mascarpone and chickpea and quail breast with fig, girolles and kale.

And for the main event, poussin with turnip and leek, duck breast with duck leg croquette and plum, steak frites with fries and garlic butter and roasted squash with ricotta and pumpkin.

For dessert, an indulgent choice of sweet delights, including apple & rhubarb crumble with vanilla ice cream, poached quince with red wine and honey ice cream, sticky toffee pudding with dates and salted treacle sauce and a selection of ice- creams and sorbets.
