The Ivy Summer Terrace 2023

The Ivy’s expert mixologists have created a delightful summer spritz menu in collaboration with Aperol and Campari. The drinks list showcases timeless favourites such as Aperol Spritz as well as limited-edition specials like the Passionfruit Spritz. If you prefer a chilled glass of wine with added table-side theatre, treat yourselves to a glass of Whispering Angel Rose poured tableside from a Jeroboam.

Delight in al fresco dining on The Ivy’s picturesque roof terrace with dishes from the new fresh summer a la carte menu. Seasonal starters include raw market salad, with asparagus, courgette, fennel, radish, avocado houmous, golden raisins, puffed quinoa and fennel pollen, or tuna sashimi with ponzu dressing, fennel, sesame and coriander.

June main courses include chargrilled halloumi salad, Lobster linguine, and the plant-based Malaysian curry, with sweet potato, toasted coconut, red chilli, coriander and jasmine rice. Cool down with a summer dessert such as mixed frozen berries with yoghurt sorbet and warm white chocolate sauce.
