The show apartment in a new development of 184 stylish micro-apartments in Cheadle Hulme, Fabrick by Inspired Homes, is set to be showcased for the first time over the weekend of Friday 9 March to investors, young professionals and first time buyers hoping to get on the property ladder.

Inspired Homes expects demand to be high at Fabrick due to their brilliant price, location, spec and tech.

It is doubtful there would be more affordable new properties in Cheadle Hulme and its surrounding villages, particularly at the quality offered by Fabrick, and with the development now completed, potential buyers can see for themselves exactly what it’s all about.

The one and two-bedroom apartments have been intelligently designed by Inspired Homes, micro-apartment specialists, to make the most of every inch of space, which will be filled with high spec, contemporary fixtures and fittings and the fastest broadband in the UK.

A former office block covering six floors, Fabrick has been converted into 184 elegant apartments, ranging in size and price, from £132,950 for a 30sqm one bedroom apartment to ££210,000 for a 57sqm two bedroom apartment.

The space in each property has been maximised through hallway-free design and open-plan living, while offering lots of natural light.  Each apartment boasts engineered hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with Bosch appliances and granite worktops, designer bathroom and – all important for young buyers seeking the very best in technology – 1Gb Hyperoptic, the fastest broadband in the UK.

Residents at Fabrick will also enjoy access to a stunning range of communal facilities including a WiFi-ready club lounge, where they can watch movies on the big screen, shoot some pool or catch up with friends.

Situated in the heart of Cheadle Hulme on Warren Road, Inspired Homes called the development Fabrick as a nod to the village’s silk weaving and brickmaking heritage.

With great access to the transport networks, Fabrick is just 2 minutes’ walk from Cheadle Hulme railway station, which has direct trains to Manchester Piccadilly in just 16 minutes and Stockport in only six minutes.  In addition, by car, the M56 and M60 motorways are only 5 minutes away and Manchester Airport is 10 minutes away.

Martin Skinner, CEO at Inspired Homes, said: “Although we expect much interest from investors, our apartments have been built with first time buyers and young professionals in mind.  Micro apartments offer an opportunity for young professionals to take their first step onto the housing ladder with a high specification space that is affordable, because it is smaller. Our new show apartment offers buyers the chance to see how beautiful the finished product is and how spacious a micro-apartment can be when it is cleverly designed.”

“Our innovative, hallway-free layouts look simple but every detail has been thought out to offer the most efficient living space possible, whilst providing a higher specification than the norm  and technology  such as smart thermostats by Nest and Hyperoptic 1 Gb broadband, the UK’s fastest, which is often more important to people these days than shelf space.

“Our doors will be open from 4pm on Friday 9 March and we hope as many people as possible come along and see for themselves how amazing the homes in Fabrick will be.”

Due for completion winter 2018, apartments are available off-plan with Help to Buy, enabling buyers to purchase their new home with a deposit of just 5% topped up by a 20% Government equity loan interest free for five years.

  1. I can’t believe they are using the existing structure on this development!!!!
The structure of the old Simon Carves building was listing and failed in several areas while I worked there
I suggest the potential new home owners ask for a structural report on this building and have a surety that it’s safe .
    Buyer beware.
