Located on the ground floor of YOTEL Manchester Deansgate, MOTLEY and Roku will serve up a selection of Japanese cocktails that showcase Roku’s distinctive flavour, resulting from its six different botanicals harnessed at the peak of their season.  The Japanese Spring Terrace will also provide an opportunity for guests to try other spirits from House of Suntory’s portfolio; Haku vodka, and Toki whisky cocktails, encouraging guests to enjoy Manchester’s lighter evenings and spring sunshine.

Whether stopping for a post-work cocktail or making the most of Sunday sunshine, guests can enjoy a Samurai Spritz made with ROKU Gin, Aperol, and Prosecco or Yabai, made with Haku Vodka, Yuzu, Sake, Mandarin Syrup and Ginger Beer. Or keep things sophisticated with a Toki-o Old Fashioned, featuring Toki Whisky, Orgeat Syrup, Bitters and served on the rocks with an orange twist.

Ewelina Bastian, F&B Director at MOTLEY said, “We’re so excited to partner with House of Suntory for our Spring Terrace at MOTLEY.
