MOTLEY Manchester has recently launched an exciting new menu, alongside a bottomless brunch concept promising Shameless Saturdays and Sinful Sundays for guests.

The eccentrically stylish bar and restaurant on the ground floor of YOTEL Manchester Deansgate’s has introduced a new food menu as well as a few quirky additions to the cocktail list including the popcorn inspired ‘Netflix & Swill’, to a retro themed ‘Vimto Smile’, and even a nod to pop icon Harry Styles, with the refreshing ‘Watermelon Sugar High’ made with white rum, fresh watermelon, lime, mint, topped with soda and served with a fresh watermelon slice.

Now running every Saturday and Sunday from 11.30am to 4pm, MOTLEY’s bottomless brunches invite guests to enjoy one main brunch meal and a ‘bottomless’ drink of choice for 88 minutes – to reflect Manchester’s famous 1988 Second Summer of Love.

Guests can choose from Prosecco, Mimosas, Mahou Beer or cocktails including the classic brunch tipple, Bloody Mary, with non-alcoholic alternatives also available.

To eat, go hard or go home with the Full Motley, a black pudding potato cake or some classic brunch dishes like chicken and waffle, French toast or eggs Benedict crumpets. MOTLEY’s bottomless brunches look set to be a Saturday staple for a day in the city centre, or the perfect option for a Sunday curer, for anyone in need of some hair of the dog…and speaking of dogs, they’re welcome at MOTLEY too!

What else have MOTLEY’s mixologists also whipped up on the brand new cocktail menu? For movie fans, ‘Netflix & Swill’ is a sweet choice made with salted caramel vodka, Mozart white chocolate, milk, double cream & salted caramel syrup. The Violet Floss Fizz is a picture perfect cocktail made with violet liqueur, topped with prosecco and served with its very own candy floss ball. There’s plenty of tributes to MOTLEY’s home city on the menu, with guests able to enjoy a Buzz-bee or Manchester Tart, featuring Didsbury Gin’s ode to the city, Manchester Tart Gin.

MOTLEY’s new food menu caters for light bites at lunch with dishes such as Philly Cheese Steak, Grilled Halloumi Sub or Bao Buns. Delicious, locally sourced evening meals include small plates like Thai spiced chicken bon bons, chorizo & mozzarella arancini, or ham & Manchego cheese croquettes.

Large plates include the Northern Classic suet pudding, a braised ox cheek with creamy mashed potato, crushed peas & gravy, or Belgian-inspired steak frites.

Go meat-free at MOTLEY with plant-based dishes such as the sweet potato & butterbean bunny chow, and a dish inspired by the hotel’s fitness studio, the TRIB3 Workout Salad, a delicious combo of red & white quinoa, Tenderstem broccoli, avocado, butternut squash, mixed leaves & pomegranate.

They have also introduced a whole host of new sugary delights including MOTLEY’s Manchester Tart filled with sweet Vimto jam, and a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake.
