Spinningfields restaurant and bar, Sexy Fish Manchester has announced the launch of ‘The Coral’ – a new off-menu margarita being unveiled on World Cocktail Day.
Rolled out globally across Sexy Fish locations, ‘The Coral’ will blend Casamigos Resposado tequila with umeshu, bright yuzu and a subtle touch of chilli to create a balanced drink of citrus, depth and gentle heat, layered with a complexity that reveals itself sip by sip.
Served in a sculptural glass inspired by ocean coral and the textures of the deep sea, the cocktail will arrive as an exclusive serve capturing the striking expression of the Sexy Fish signature aesthetic – bold and impossible to overlook.
The Coral will be available from World Cocktail Day (13th May) at all Sexy Fish locations globally.
