South American concept, Peru Perdu, host a roster of events for food and drink fanatics in January including a ceviche masterclass and a yoga brunch with Supernova protein and Claudia Mirallegro. Coming up at the Cotton Factory over the next week!


Ceviche Masterclass – 11th January 

This January Peru Perdu will host a special masterclass at the Cotton Factory where guests can gain a unique insight into the mechanics & flavourings of Peru’s most famous dish – Ceviche.

Start with a House Pisco Sour at the bar before moving on to the Ceviche station where the chef will talk attendees through the history of the dish, preparation, flavouring and the most truly exceptional ceviche recipes that will be sure to impress all.

After the masterclass, guests will then be seated for a full feasting menu including all the best of the Peruvian dishes plus the finest South American wine!

Tickets to the event also include three waves of food from the new South American concept, including empanadas, Peru Perdu’s speciality U.W.A. steak, sweet yam curry, plus a selection of desserts.

The event will take place on 11th January at 16:00. Tickets cost £65 plus a booking fee, with limited spaces available here.


Adaptogen Yoga Brunch – 12th January 

This January Peru Perdu at the Cotton Factory launches the first of their monthly yoga brunches with Mirallegro Yoga. On 12th January Claudia Mirallegro will host yoga in The Storehouse, followed by a short masterclass with Supernova protein, and finally bottomless brunch in the Cotton Factory

The event starts at 10:00 and costs £40 per person, to include a health shot on arrival, a 60-minute yoga class, a pressed juice reviver and a Q&A session with the owners of Supernova Protein on the brand, adaptogens and fitness, followed by bottomless brunch served by Peru Perdu with Supernova smoothie bowls all served alongside either bottomless juice or cocktails.

Supernova, owned by footballer & Sky Sports presenter Jermaine Beckford & wife Laura Beckford, is a vegan protein powder made from organic plant proteins and adaptogens, powerful plants that can elevate the mind and body.
