On Thursday 25th November, gather with friends, family and loved ones to tuck into a very special Thanksgiving dinner of soul food, for £25.95 per person.
Starter and main dishes are for the table to share, begin with a hearty starter of Smoked Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, a staple in the Southern Louisiana diet with origins from West Africa.
For mains, a banquet of Buttermilk Fried Turkey with bacon gravy, smoky Chorizo & Corn Bread Stuffing, their creamy and stringy Mac ‘n’ Cheese and Green Bean Cassoulet topped with crispy onions. And of course, to be followed by a perfectly sweet and savoury Pumpkin Pie with toasted marshmallows.
A vegetarian menu is also available, with starter of Okra & Red Pepper Gumbo, mains of Pine Nut & Pistachio Nut Roast drizzled with mushroom gravy, Green Beans and Sweet Potato Mash.
End the night on a high with live performances from 9:45pm, from Blues’ world-famous band. Filling the room American blues, funk, soul & rock n roll.
