This May, leading tequila brand, Cazcabel is marking Cinco De Mayo in true Mexican style, with a series of exciting parties, colourful activations and special menus that mark this annual celebration of Mexico’s independence.

Across the weekend of the 5th – 7th May, celebrations across the UK include Cinco De Mayo parties, a series of masterclasses, and a ‘Why Waste’ focused national road show with Ugly Butterfly.

In Manchester, the Cinco de Mario tournament at Pixel Bar on Thomas Street will let customers put their thumbs to use and win Cazcabel prizes for the fastest lap. Cane and Grain in the Northern Quarter and Chorlton’s Barrio will be running one-off Cinco De Mayo menus and specials throughout the weekend.

Recently named the UK’s bestselling 100% agave tequila, Cazcabel is fast becoming a world-leading tequila brand, voted Master in this year’s Tequila & Mezcal Master Awards and stocked in the world’s favourite bars, restaurants, and retailers. Truly Mexican, Cazcabel launched in 2014, and is crafted in the highlands of the Jalisco mountains by the Vazquez family and made using seven-year-old, Blue Weber agave and crushed using traditional methods. Each bottle is emblazoned with a depiction of the Jalisco mountains and will soon come in a bottle made of 80% recycled glass.
