Little Bao Boy and North Taproom: Circle Square have released a new range of summer food and drinks which are perfect for enjoying in the sun. Packed with vibrant flavours and refreshing ingredients, the new Little Bao Boy special dishes promise to be the perfect match for North Brewing Co beers and cocktails.

The star of the summer menu is the new Thai red curry noodle broth bursting with aromatic spices and Thai flavours, with the choice of beef, pork or tofu. For those seeking a lighter option, the Noodle Salad Bowl features a colourful assortment of crunchy vegetables, fresh noodles, and a zesty dressing. Just decide whether you go for the soft or crispy tofu option.

Two new vibrant sides include the Gomawakame salad bursting with umami and featuring Wakame seaweed, edamame beans, pickles, tofu, noodles and dressing. Whilst the spicy slaw includes two types of cabbage, red onion, coriander and spicy sriracha mayo.

To complement the new summer food menu, North Taproom: Circle Square has launched a menu of equally refreshing summer cocktail favourites. The ultimate shareable thirst-quencher is the Rose Sangria which is available by the pitcher, perfect to enjoy whilst looking over Symphony Park.

Other drinks can either transport you to either Mexico, Germany or Thailand. The Mexican inspired Springwell Lagerita is a classic Tequila based marg topped with Springwell lager. Whilst the Schöffmosa is a mix of Schöfferhofer grapefruit and sparkling wine.

The final two drinks on the menu are a Strawberry-Sriracha Daiquiri made with an in-house strawberry-sriracha pure. Whilst the Blueberry Smash is made with No.3 Gin, blueberry compote, lemon and mint.

The new food and drink menus are available now until 31 August, exclusively at North Taproom: Circle Square.
