The first egg sandwich concept in the North and now in Salford for the first time, Egg & Co pride themselves on crafting exceptional brunch sandwiches and breakfast specials to kick start any day with a burst of flavour and energy.
Founded by Umer Khalid, Egg & Co’s journey began with a vision to revolutionise brunch by elevating the simple egg sandwich to new heights of deliciousness. Umer’s passion for flavour and freshness and his desire to offer something extraordinary to Manchester’s food scene are at the core of Egg & Co’s mission.
Serving up classic combinations such as bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches as well as signature creations featuring unique sauces and artisan brioche buns, Egg & Co brings a much-needed brunch spot to Kargo.Mkt, hand-picked by Blend Family.
