Smashed burgers have been taking the UK by storm and Mancunians will soon be able to dig their teeth into the city’s hot ticket from 30th April.

Circle Square’s resident fried-chicken experts, Bird of Prey, has launched a new range of burgers to complement its fried chicken offering, aiming to smash up the Manchester burger scene. Of course, the new Bird of Prey patties aren’t your typical smashed patties, they’re made with rapeseed oil and contain 85% beef – making them the best quality smashed burgers in Manchester.

‘Damn Hot! Smash’ isn’t for the feint hearted and includes two smashed beef patties, insanity hot sauce, jalapeno relish, double American cheese, garlic mayo, green chilli, spring onion and lettuce.

Whilst the ‘Patty Melt Tribute’ includes two smashed beef patties, griddled onion, double American cheese, Alabama white BBQ sauce, lettuce and pickles.

Prices for the new smashed burgers are £9.95 for the Damn Hot! Smash – and £9.75 for the Patty Melt Tribute. What’s more, Bird of Prey is offering 50% off its new smashed burgers on date to celebrate smashing its new menu.

Sadaf Bukhari, Founder of Bird of Prey said: “Our customers are at the heart of our business, and we have listened to feedback and our cult following of ‘chicken freaks’ were craving a smashed burger, made the BoP way. As with our normal chicken menu, the process wasn’t rushed, we have spent a long time developing and experimenting with different methods, seasonings and contents to make the perfect smashed burger. The result, in our opinion, one of the best beef burgers in Manchester. We can’t wait to introduce it to everyone and fill the stomachs of Manc’s craving a perfect burger.”
