Nonna’s Pasta revealed its new menu on Thursday 20th April on the back of confirming that the restaurant has become a permanent fixture at Deansgate Square.

Since launching in October as a pop-up, Nonna’s Pasta has received rave reviews with tables fully booked since opening with a specially curated menu serving Italian food with an American influence. Following on from a hugely successful launch, the restaurant has decided to stay and continue bringing Manchester their truly unique Italian pasta offering.

Nonna’s Pasta, which has become famous for its legendary ‘Nonna Hadid’ Rigatoni Alla Vodka will launch a selection of new dishes including a delicious Lobster Carbonara as well as a ‘Chicken Ate a Pizza’, AKA a Chicken Parm – Buttermilk Fried Chicken coated in Marinara, topped with melted Mozzarella and Pesto. ‘Papa’s Pasta’, a slow braised Short Rib Ragu Pappardelle with Truffle and Mushroom is also set to feature on the new menu alongside a Pesto Infused Burrata.

The menu also features some sharing options including ‘Lasagne Spirali’, a perfectly-baked spiralled lasagne for two people as well as a ‘Tear & Share Garlic Bread’ with melted Mozzarella.

This week will also see the launch of a new cocktail menu with £6 negronis all week as well as other cocktails including ‘Tequila Sunset’ and a delicious peach based cocktail, ‘Peach Please’.

Nonna’s Pasta also offers a vegan menu and a children’s menu. The vegan menu boasts dishes such as Vegan Pesto Infused Burrata, Pomodoro Pasta as well as a Creamy Pesto Linguine.
