Summer may currently be a distant memory, however, Manchester will soon be getting a taste of sunshine when renowned Cuban eatery FINCA arrives in the city later this month.
Liverpool’s unique Cuban street food purveyors will be taking over the kitchen at Peter Street’s Brewdog and serving up their signature Havana-inspired fare for one night only on Thursday 26.
Famous for their Cubanos; a hearty traditional sandwich filled with mojo marinated pork shoulder, horseshoe gammon, pickles, mustard and gouda cheese – FINCA’s menu will be tailored to suit Brewdog’s beer selection with some items on the menu even using the brewery’s ales as an ingredient.

Launched early last year by the team behind the popular unconventional pop-up restaurant Secret Diners Club, FINCA has already undertaken a number of residencies on Merseyside – however this will be the first time that they’ll be serving up their full menu in Manchester.

Inspired following numerous trips to the country by the founders, FINCA offers a range of authentic Latin-inspired food which has not been served up in the North West before.

Daniel Heffy, chef and co-founder of FINCA, says:We are delighted to be bringing FINCA across to Manchester this month and taking over the kitchen at Brewdog. We’re planning a very unique menu for the night, which will include beer being used in the cooking process and also as an ingredient in some of the dishes.”

FINCA’s kitchen takeover will begin at 2pm on Thursday 26 January.
