Manchester’s intu Trafford Centre is set to host to the world’s first bed speed dating event on Friday 9th March, after shocking research into the city’s sleeping habits revealed that a quarter of Mancunians get less than five hours sleep a night.

Calling for this chronic lack of sleep to be addressed, Silentnight’s sleep expert Dr Nerina Ramlakhan is taking the city’s poor relationship with sleep into her own hands, hosting the world’s first bed speed dating event in a bid to help Manchester fall back in love with sleep.

Breakfast in bed is being served at from 10:30am – 11:30am and Dr Nerina is inviting Mancunians to join her for one-on-one sleep consultations to solve all manner of sleep troubles, at intu Trafford Centre, Lower Peel Avenue (adjacent to Vodaphone).
