This January Ducie Street Warehouse will launch a special Veganuary menu, plus they’ll be offering a 50% discount off ALL food at the restaurant as part of their January money-saving deals.
New Head Chef Scott Munro has created an additional vegan menu for those taking part in Veganuary, which will be available from Tuesday 3rd until Tuesday 31st January.
The new plant-based menu will include a selection of small plates such as Char-grilled aubergine with date syrup and zhoug; Black bean tostada with salsa bandera and coriander; and Hoisin oyster mushroom bao with spring onion and sriracha aioli. Desserts will include Vegan lemon meringue with raspberry textures and Spiced apple crumble with cinnamon crumble and apple sorbet.
The special meat free menu for Veganuary is in addition to the main ‘Something for Everyone’ menu at the restaurant which has been designed for social dining and sharing.
Something for Everyone covers dishes from the Farm, the Sea and The Allotment, and includes starters, sides and desserts. Highlights include Pan-fried pork T-bone with maple glazed baby apple, caramelised sprout and redcurrant, Seared Sea bass with sauteed kale, biquinho pepper, red pepper coulis and coriander, Sweetcorn coriander fritter with salsa bandera and more.
For January deals, enjoy 50% off ALL food from both menus for mid-week bookings, valid all-day from Tuesday to Thursday, from Tuesday 3rd January until Tuesday 31st January. Online booking in advance is recommended.
