Street food favourite and celebrity hotspot Oh My Glaze re-opens this April after a successful stretch at the Trafford Centre site.

Popular street food stall, co-founded by Scott Graham and Adam Thomas, Oh My Glaze is re-opening its kitchen at Trafford Centre. From Saturday 2nd April, bar refreshments will be served and the kitchen is due to open from Saturday 9th April for the Easter period.

After huge success last year at the leading shopping and leisure destination, the dynamic duo is back with a bang right outside The Orient and ready to serve their flaming menu to the Greater Manchester population.

Just in time for Easter half-term, customers can expect a mouth-watering menu which includes chicken wings, burgers, wraps, halloumi bites, Cajun fries, and Oh My Glaze’s infamous hot sauces.

Oh My Glaze, first set up in 2015, is the brainchild of founder Scott Graham and actor Adam Thomas, best friends turned business partners who also own The Spinn in Gatley.

Oh my Glaze co-founder, Actor and I’m a Celebrity star Adam Thomas says: “I am delighted to officially announce that Oh My Glaze is back at Trafford Centre, bigger and stronger for 2022.

After a strong term for the business, myself and Scott are both looking forward to what the upcoming month has to offer and welcoming the lovely public back to the home of hot sauce (as we like to say!) Manchester holds a special place in our hearts and has such a buzz surrounding the city, the Trafford Centre destination is a natural fit for Oh My Glaze.”

Zoe Inman, Trafford Centre Director, added, “We’re delighted to welcome back Oh My Glaze to Trafford Centre this spring, the perfect street-food addition as we launch our exciting outdoor activities. Oh My Glaze proved to be hugely popular last year, so we’re looking forward to having their fiery menu back on offer!”
