Owned by local Timperley resident, Abigail Thompson, the boutique digital estate agency has achieved phenomenal success within its first 12 months, having sold over 30 houses valued collectively at over £4.4million.
Since launching, Thompsons Estate Agents has helped people find their perfect home across Timperley, West Timperley, Altrincham, Baguley, Wythenshawe and even as far afield as Stockport and Liverpool.
Speaking of the year anniversary, Abigail Thompson, Director of Thompson’s Estate Agents, said: “I cannot believe how fast the past 12 months have gone. The response and support from people who have accessed my services, as well businesses from the local community, has been fantastic and overwhelming.
“Starting a business through a pandemic was tough, especially as a new estate agent in the area, but to have been able to go from strength to strength and achieve as much as I have in my first year is incredible.”
Since launching, Thompsons Estate Agents has been shortlisted for a customer service award in WA14 by allAgents, the UK’s largest customer review website for the property industry.
Abi added: “To be able to help so many clients move home and, in some instances, helping them when other agents have failed has been the best feeling. I was committed to show that not all estate agents are the same and that Thompson’s Estate Agents would truly offer a bespoke service and I firmly believe that within my first year – I have achieved that.”
Thompson’s Estate Agents, which operates 8am – 8pm, seven days a week, offers a bespoke, personal service that reflects the varying needs and demands of the current buyer by offering a flexible working approach including virtual valuations, online viewings and out of hours customer service.
Comprehensive Covid safety measures are in place including face masks worn, the use of hand sanitiser at all valuations and viewings before and after, weekly lateral flow testing for all staff and only one household is present at each viewing.
