Merseyway Shopping Centre is giving local families the opportunity to have an a-maze-ing adventure this summer at The Merseyway Maze.
Open to children of all ages, The Merseyway Maze is free to visit and will be located in Mersey Square, ready for families to explore.
On Saturday 4th August from 11am – 4pm, visitors are invited to an exclusive Teddy Bears Picnic, where children can bring their favourite bear and make their own picnic to enjoy. Families can also take part in a host of activities and workshops throughout the day including face painting, balloon modelling, lawn games and Spot the Honey Pots in the maze. There will also be a Honey Trail through the centre where families can spot the letters to reveal a hidden word to win prizes.
On Saturday 11th August, The Merseyway Maze will transform and visitors will be able to discover a variety of facts about Stockport’s vibrant heritage and history, whilst enjoying the centre’s latest family attraction. Children can play Spot the Hats to win a sweet treat and snap a selfie in the VIP area where they can dress up as their favourite celebrities from Stockport.
From 4th – 10th August at 11am, the first 25 children who visit the maze will receive a complimentary Merseyway teddy to take home and from 11th – 17th August, the first 25 children will receive a complimentary mini maze.
