Offering a taste of Catalonia, Tast Cuina Catalana will be opening on 20th July on King Street, Manchester.
Tast’s Executive Chef Paco is a renowned international chef-patron, with two Michelin 2* Miramar, in Llançà, (Girona) and Enoteca at the Arts Hotel in Barcelona. He is also behind the Michelin 1* Restaurant Cinco at the Hotel Das Stue in Berlin!
One of Paco’s protégés, Miquel Villacrossa, will be the Head Chef at Tast.
Backers include Manchester City’s manager Pep Guardiola, director of football Txiki Begiristain and chief executive Ferran Soriano.
Tast will have 120-covers over three floors …
The Ground Floor
Guests can transport themselves to bustling Barcelona with their casual bar area, which offers an incredible selection of cocktails, wines and Catalan artisan beers. There will be an impressive selection of tastets (small portion to share) to share with friends, making it the ideal location for a casual dinner or a catch-up with friends.
The First Floor
Tast’s first floor will feature their main open kitchen. With a fantastic dining space, guests can experience a mix of Catalonia’s countryside and culture. In a traditional environment, guests can share tastets with friends and family or sit back, relax and enjoy a three-course meal.
The Second Floor
Guests are in for a treat – here you can relish a private gastronomic experience. Tast’s exclusive tasting menu offers a true taste of Catalonia, which will whisk you away on a journey for your senses.
