Bundobust, the original Indian Street Food and Craft Beer restaurant, has announced its Christmas party plans which will run from 21st Nov – 31st Dec. The menu features the return of some popular festive heroes and plenty of new Christmas treats.

Built for a party with beer hall style seating and a food menu designed for sharing, Bundobust is now accepting Christmas bookings for the festive season with drinks packages and Indian street food galore. No group size is too great or small. Available from 21st November, Bundobust will be serving Christmas food and drink specials available on a book ahead or walk up and order basis.

Bundobust have brought back crowd favourite, sprout bhajis, the best way to serve these celebrated / often maligned seasonal vegetables. Even if you usually turn your nose up at this spherical green crucifer you HAVE to try these crispy sprout, onion and broccoli Bhajis spiked with fennel and chilli and served with a spiced cranberry chutney.

You can even have them in a Christmas sandwich with the sprout bhaji butty with salad, spiced cranberry and green chutneys and £1 from every Sprout Bhaji Butty sold will go towards the #CookForUkraine charity initiative.

Festive dhal and rice presents a warming and smoky Christmas take on Dal Makhani boosted with black cardamom, clove and cinnamon. Returning hero Biryani balls pairs India’s celebratory rice dish with the Sicilian party buffet snack arancini. This one is spiced with mint, saffron, ginger, nutmeg and rose, served in a rich tomato sauce and crowned with crispy onions.

Last but not least, Mince Pie Paratha is what peshwari did next. The perfect sweet-savoury crossover hit, they’re stuffed with sultana, raisin, cinnamon, clove, star anise and coconut.

It wouldn’t be Bundobust without beer, of course. From November 21st you’ll be able to grab a pint of Bundobust Brewery’s AADU – a limited edition 5.8% Gingerbread Wheat Beer, available exclusively on tap at Bundobust restaurants in Piccadilly Gardens, at the Bundobust Brewery on Oxford Road or at their Liverpool and Leeds venues.

Bundobust’s Christmas cocktail offering takes a vintage spin on classic specials and includes Bundo Snowball, Cosmopolitan and Amaretto sour. Driving or just not drinking?
