Manchester’s favourite pool hall/tap room/ rooftop bar Brickhouse Social has announced a weekly line-up of entertainment in the three-floor venue based on New Wakefield Street.
The week kicks off with an Open Mic Night every Monday from 7pm. Singers, songwriters, musicians and spoken word are all welcome on the Brickhouse Social stage. Tables can be reserved here.
Tuesday sees the arrival of Why So Serious, the free-entry basement stand-up comedy club bringing the North’s very best up and coming stand-up comedians. Hosted by Dom Hatton-Woods each week from 8pm, the basement will host some of Manchester’s funniest people. Doors open at 7pm and tables can be booked in advance.
Why not spend Wednesday ‘hump day’ at Brickhouse Social’s very own Interstellar Overdrive from 9pm? Taking guests on a psychedelic journey through space and time where one of Manchester’s best alternative promoters present their vision of the past, present, and future through music. Beats will include The Beatles, Prince, Nirvana, Joy Division and many more. Free entry on the evening.
It’s free entry every single Thursday when Certi WRLD, Brickhouse Social’s very own HipHop and Funk evening will feature sounds such as Kendrick Lamar, Stormzy, Jay Z and Drake.
The venue has also announced the return of the Sell-out Christmas Bottomless Brunch which takes place every Saturday throughout December. Guests can enjoy two hours of unlimited pizza slices, the best Christmas tunes from Brickhouse Social’s resident DJ. Drink include bottomless fizz, bottled beer and a choice of ‘Santa’s Little Helper’ or ‘Under the Mistletoe’ cocktails for £30 per person. Further details can be found here.

The venue also offers £2.50 pints and £2.50 slices throughout the week for students. Pizza favourites Include Chick’ille O’neill, a spicy chicken pizza, ‘David Beak-ham’, a BBQ meat feast and a ‘Liz Truff’, a truffle and ham pizza.
Free pool is also available all week.
