Sexy Fish Manchester, Spinningfields’ newest dining destination is launching its luxurious Sexy Sunday Brunch: featuring bottomless sushi, ‘Ring for Ruinart’ bells, signature Sexy Fish dishes and more from just £52pp.
Arriving on Sunday 10 March, and available every Sunday thereafter, the Sexy Sunday Brunch will take over the restaurant from 12-5pm. An elevated brunch experience celebrating indulgent Sundays, guests are encouraged to enjoy signature dishes served sharing style, alongside low-key entertainment from Sexy Fish’s signature DJs and live musicians.
The star of the show will be the bottomless Sushi Station: a table of endless and opulent Sashimi, Nigiri, Maki, and Tartares – all made using the finest quality produce. Before visiting the Sushi Station, guests can also enjoy limitless starters, served sharing-style. From iconic Sexy Fish classics, likeSmoked salmon bao buns, Chicken karaage & sesame, the Crispy duck watermelon salad, Milk buns with miso butter, Crudites with kimchi and more.
A theatrical flying table service will also form part of the brunch experience, with Sexy Fish waiters circulating with platters of freshly prepared tempura, croquettes and more. For the main course, guests can each enjoy a delectable Sexy Fish classic and side dish. There’s Grilled seabass with shiso miso pesto; Crispy pork belly; Chicken yakitori and Caramelised black cod (+supplement), beautifully accompanied by sides like Glazed mushrooms, Kimchi fried rice, Spicy miso tenderstem and more.
Save room for dessert, as the Sexy Sunday Brunch culminates with platters of the restaurant’s world-famous Cinnamon Doughnuts, Soft serve & Chocolate fondant.
To amplify the experience, every table at Sexy Sunday Brunch is given a ‘Ring for Ruinart’ bell – with the opportunity to ‘ring’ the restaurant’s dedicated sommelier for R De Ruinart Brut by the bottle (£64). Or, there is Cremant de Bourgogne Rose available by the glass at just £9.
For those who opt for the cocktail menu – there is a selection of unique drinks, exclusive to Sexy Sunday Brunch including the luxurious ‘Mimosa Thyme’ (£9) consisting of Cremant Rosé, orange, lemon, mango, thyme, and the ‘Sanguine Maria’ (£9) with Manzanilla, house spice mix, tomato, Sexy Fish Lager and Tajin. Alcohol free options include a delectable ‘Peach Cobbler Spritz’ (£6) with Peach, jasmine, chardonnay, and soda.
