Bill’s Restaurant & Bar has set its sights on a stylish new space in Spinningfields, Manchester, opening its doors on Monday 28th October with a vibrant new look.

Famed for its friendly, welcoming atmosphere and seasonal offering, Bill’s will move from its current Manchester city centre location, on John Dalton Street, to its new Spinningfields home this Autumn, at 3 Hardman Square. The new 177 sqm dining space will accommodate up to 113 covers, featuring cosy booths, sociable sharing tables and a bespoke bar area. There will also be external seating, in the heart of Spinningfields, for 30 covers.

This exciting move will also come with a striking new interior for the Manchester favourite. Enhancing the Bill’s experience, the Spinningfields’ restaurant and bar will feature the brand’s sophisticated redesign, which will include modern décor, with vibrant colours, luxurious velvet seating and opulent, statement chandeliers. Quirky touches and vintage finds, hand-selected by Bill himself, will complete the new opening’s look.

Set across one floor, in the city’s financial district, the new glamourous restaurant and bar is set to become one of Spinningfields’s hottest go-to destinations. Bill’s Manchester will come to life in the evenings, with vibrant cocktails and delicious dinner specials each night, from British classics and fresh plant-based alternatives – trusty, signature dishes include Pan Fried Chicken with Wild Mushrooms; Bill’s Classic Burger, and new for September Roasted Butternut Squash and Feta Risotto; Jackfruit Salad Bowl.

Open all day, seven days a week, Bill’s Manchester will be the perfect spot for lunch and breakfast too. Serving everything from tasty plates to Bill’s signature burger of the week for lunch, and for breakfast, Bill’s offers a proud selection of healthy and indulgent options. The food is at the roots of every Bill’s restaurant, with menus nurtured for the seasons.

Founded by Sussex greengrocer Bill Collison, Bill’s has always stayed true to its roots. Commenting on the new opening, Bill said: “Spinningfields is a great location for Manchester’s new Bill’s Restaurant & Bar. This new space, in the heart of Spinningfields, is the perfect setting to bring Bill’s vibrant new look to the city. Here we will create the ultimate Bill’s experience – a welcoming destination with lots of character and the go to place for evening dinner and drinks. I can’t wait to see the new Bill’s Manchester come to life.”

Bill’s Manchester, on John Dalton Street, will close from Sunday 6th October. To celebrate the new Spinningfields’s home, at the existing site, guests dining at Bill’s will be able to take part in a series of exciting opportunities to win dinner and cocktails at the new Bill’s Manchester.

The new Bill’s Manchester will open Monday – Thursday 7am – 11pm, Friday 7am – 1pm, Saturday 8am – 1am, and Sunday 9am – 10.30pm.
