One of the newest build-to-rent developments to join the MediaCityUK skyline has created an access all areas fly-through and virtual viewings, for those looking to move but unable to carry out viewings during lockdown.

The video released by Duet showcases one of Greater Manchester’s newest build-to-rent developments, a premium complex of 270 apartments, which spans across two 15-storey towers and is situated on the picturesque waterfront of Salford Quays.

For those who are planning ahead for a move to MediaCityUK, Duet is also now hosting personal virtual video viewings of the apartments including communal spaces.

Starting with a tour outside the Duet towers the video takes viewers on a journey in through reception and explores the communal areas available exclusively to residents, before taking the lift up to the 10th flour to take a look around a selection of the one, two and three bedroom apartments.

As a build-to-rent residence, the apartments have been designed specifically to provide renters with a better quality private rental experience – including a calendar of resident-only social events and pet-friendly accommodation.

Residents enjoy impressive facilities designed to deliver both convenience and a community feel, including a free on-site gym and fitness centre, 24-hour concierge, communal podium garden with waterfront views and a complimentary co-working space and residents’ lounge with a free coffee bar.

Dougie Orton-Wade, general manager at Duet Salford Quays says: “Our virtual tour provides a great insight to the fantastic facilities exclusively available here at Duet – which is especially helpful during lockdown, when many who are planning moving will be unable to visit their potential future home in person. The virtual tour and virtual viewings provide clear visuals of the space, layout and also high-quality finish of the development, for those who might be interested in moving into the Duet community.”

Each Duet apartment is available in furnished and unfurnished options and come in a variety of layouts, with inbuilt appliances and premium furniture packages and modern designs.

The build to rent development was delivered by Moorfield managed funds, working with developer, Glenbrook Property, and is professionally managed by specialist rental operator, Allsop.

Duet is Moorfield’s third ground-up BTR development following The Trilogy on Ellesmere Street, which opened in April 2019 and is now fully occupied and The Forge in Newcastle, which opened in September 2018.
