Rishi Sunak will not be making a decision on Dominic Raab’s future tonight, after the Prime Minister received an independent report into allegations of bullying against the deputy prime minister.
ITV’s Robert Peston has reported that Raab has read Tolley’s report into his alleged bullying and he believes it does not show he breached the Ministerial Code, and therefore he will not be offering his resignation.
Peston says that at least twenty four civil servants have supported eight separate complaints of bullying against the deputy PM.
