He arrived and left the scene on a push bike and had been captured on camera travelling the full length of Agecroft Road West before and after the offence.
GMP are now asking for anyone to come forward who may have seen this man, especially those driving in the same area and who may have dashcam footage of the man on the bike (pictured).
