Every Sunday, Grub Manchester have promised some of the finest 100% vegan street food traders alongside a super vegan friendly bar within the totally unique surroundings of the historic Mayfield site.
The Manchester Street Food organisation are opening up land next to the former Mayfield train station building on Baring Street which will see it transformed by the temporary installation of a series of shipping containers housing street food traders at ground level with offices on upper levels all organised by Grub Manchester.
Due to the open on the 9th June, the 11th will see the first Plant Power Sunday, with food provided by Wholesome Junkies, the following week sees fine Ottoman and Mediterranean cuisine provided by the Otto Man while the third Sunday sees superb Malaysian food courtesy of Nasi Lemak Manchester
