Bundobust are pleased to reveal the return of their cracking Christmas Menu for 2019, including some old favourites and a completely new dish too.

Their now-legendary Sprout Bhajis will ring in the start of the festive season (from Monday 18/11). Deep-fried with onion, broccoli, fennel and chilli, and served up with Desi-style cranberry chutney, Bundobust have performed a Christmas miracle – transforming the festive veg plenty love to hate into our favourite seasonal snack!

Sprout Bhajis are central to Bundobust’s first foray into the Christmas sandwich game, starring in a festive version of their charity dish, the Bhaji Butty.

The Sprout Bhaji Butty is taking pride of place on the Christmas menu across all sites, with a key message of helping the homeless and vulnerable at this time of year. With each butty sold, £1 will be heading towards a local charity.

Manchester charity, Mustard Tree, who help combat poverty and prevent homelessness across Greater Manchester.

As well as the famous bhajis, they will be serving a Festive Curry of winter vegetables in a warming, cinnamon and star anise-spiced tomato and coconut curry sauce. Both the bhajis and the curry are totally vegan.

A rotating range of Christmas beers on keg and in the fridges from the likes of Mikkeller, Anchor, Northern Monk, and some classic Belgian winter warmers.

The team at Manchester have come up with their own festive cocktails, Naughty or Nice. So which one will you be? Naughty is a spicy hot toddy whilst Nice is an alcohol-free apple-cinnamon sour.

All Christmas specials are available from Monday 18/11 until 23/12. Tis the season to be spicy!
