Next generation letting agency Accommodation.co.uk is launching in Stockport this month with the support of its Local Lettings Consultant Joe Grundy – as the company’s UK expansion continues.
Accommodation.co.uk’s industry leading technology will streamline and automate time consuming admin tasks for landlords, their Local Lettings Consultants and property management teams.
In the age of Airbnb, the service is designed to create transparency, accountability, convenience and increased response speed. This, coupled with experienced Local Letting Consultants on the ground, will help to improve the renting experience for both landlords and tenants.
Accommodation.co.uk’s nationwide network of highly experienced Lettings Consultants will work with landlords to help them manage their portfolios and maximise their assets. Landlords will also have their own dedicated property manager to look after their tenants during their stay.
Joe will be helping residential landlords and tenants in Stockport and the surrounding areas from the beginning of September after becoming the area’s first Local Letting Consultant for the ‘next-generation’ letting agency.
Joe has 12 years’ experience as a lettings expert, formerly working at Purplebricks for over three years before he became an early adopter of Accommodation.co.uk.
