Expect palm trees, colourful deck chairs, holiday vibes and ‘Malibu moment’ photo opportunities in the city centre as a Malibu Beach Club pops up in Great Northern Square. To get Mancunians into the tropical paradise vibes there will also be live DJs, frozen cocktails, summer spirits, and a large, Malibu inspired shot menu.
The ‘must try’ cocktails include the Piña Colada (of course!) and Miami Vice amongst many other delicious fruity and fun serves, including a coconut twist on the classics.
The Malibu team welcome guests to embrace the summer mindset and “do whatever tastes good”.
This feel-good collaboration with Manchester’s retro bar Pong & Puck is set to be a huge success, with happy hour taking place Sunday to Thursday from 5-7pm. There will also be pizza to enjoy, with toppings like mushroom and truffle to Hawaiian.
Those wanting to make the most of the holiday vibes can enjoy bottomless brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, including frozé cocktails, selected house cocktails and more.
Everyone knows it’s not always sunny in the UK, but that’s no excuse for stopping the party. Malibu’s undercover, heated terrace means the holiday fun can continue no matter the weather.
Open from 5th May until 30th September, there will be regular giveaways and events to get guests in the feel-good spirit.
