The move-making incentive, worth up to £12,000, is being offered by Elan Homes for a limited time only*. It’s available on selected homes only at various developments including Birchfield Court in Swinton; Greenside View in Dukinfield; and Holcombe Gardens in Ramsbottom.
Factor in the energy efficiency of a new home compared with an older property and there’s the potential to save almost £15,000 in the first year with further savings in future.

At Birchfield Court the incentive is available on plot 15, a four-bedroom semi-detached Ashley, priced from £399,995, and plots five and 16, the larger Ashley Max, priced from £419,995.
An intimate gated development, Birchfield Court offers an ideal base for commuters, less than a mile from Swinton station, only five miles from Manchester city centre and close to the East Lancashire Road (A580) for quick access to the motorway network to both Manchester and Liverpool.
