Situated within Hotel Indigo Manchester – Victoria Station has unveiled a dedicated brunch for those wanting to shower their friends with affection this Valentine’s – a Galentine’s Brunch on Saturday 15th February, from 12:00 – 17:00.
Those looking for love need not to look much further this Valentine’s, as Mamucium hosts the perfect brunch party to celebrate the national day of love with your best girlfriends. Galentine’s Brunch (£19.95 per person), offers a selection of brunch dishes and unlimited cocktails (for 1.5 hours).
What’s not to love?
For brunch, choose from Crushed Avocado on freshly baked sourdough, topped with tossed oyster mushrooms and sumac; Manchester Smoked Salmon, with American pumpernickel and delicious cream cheese; Eggs Benedict with Parma ham, served on a Lancashire oven bottom muffin; The Manchester Smokehouse Salmon Eggs Royal; French Toast with maple syrup and fresh berries; or Steak & Burford Brown Egg, with Padron peppers, hand-cut chips and a dash of avocado oil.
And the perfect Galentine’s cocktails will be served, choose to sip on Lychee Martini’s, Pink
Sangria, Aperol Spritz and Rossini’s.
Mamucium is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 07.00 to 22:30 Monday to Friday, and 07:30 to 22:30 Saturday and Sunday.
