La Festa Degli Innamorati, the “feast of lovers” is upon us – so why not celebrate this Valentine’s Day the traditional Italian way? With a brand new menu this February – there is more to amore at Carluccio’s than ever before!

With a selection of new seasonal dishes celebrating the flavours, textures and vibrant colours of beetroot, artichoke and blood orange and just perfect for the month of love, the latest menu takes your tastebuds on a viaggio del gusto. Start with a saporito Blood Orange and Mozzarella Bruschetta (£7.25) served with radicchio, fresh blood orange segments and mozzarella topped with hazelnuts, capers and chilli on toasted ciabatta, finished with a drizzle of basil oil.

A speciality of Palermo, the capital of Sicily, the Lemon Chicken and Artichoke Risotto (£13.95) combines Arborio rice with lemon marinated chicken, deep-fried artichokes and a light frittedda of peas, edamame, pea shoots and artichokes. For a vegetarian option, the Insta-worthy Trio Verdura Lasagne (£11.95) features vibrant rainbow layers of butternut squash, spinach, beetroot, tomato in between layers of egg pasta and bechamel.

Finishing the seasonal specials in style, indulge with the Blood Orange Panna Cotta (£7.25), a vanilla panna cotta with set blood orange jelly, fresh blood orange segments and agustoso contrasting basil oil drizzle.
