Whether it is getting fit and healthy or changing up your diet, Manchester’s best-loved entertainment complex, Printworks is on hand to help you achieve your 2020 health goals. 

On Tuesday 14th January, Nuffield Health will be offering mini ‘health MOTs’, health advice and tips, as well as a flavour into their wide range of classes, aimed at those with their fitness goals in mind.

Taking place the Pump Yard space of Printworks throughout the day, the taster sessions will include HIT (High-Intensity Training), a rowing machine, and access to a physiotherapy expert (available between 17:00 pm and 19:00 on Tuesday 14th January) and a nutritional advice hub. Plus, there are free smoothies and protein bar samples.

Yet to sign up to a gym? Now is your chance as Nuffield Health will also be hosting an open day on Tuesday 14th January for non-members. Secure your membership this month, and get the rest of the month free.

If you are taking part in Veganuary or considering a Vegan diet on a more permanent basis, there are plenty of venues within the Printworks offering Vegan options.

The full list of venues with Vegan options includes Chiquito, Eden, Treetop Adventure Golf, Wagamama, Hard Rock Cafe Manchester, O’Neills, Walkabout, The Seven Stars, Yates and Nando’s.

Pan-Asian restaurant, Wagamama, has also just launched its first vegan menu which includes tuna made from watermelon (vegan suika tuna), and yasai nikko curry.
