To announce its new chapter, the venue will stage a city-wide spectacle on Friday 5th September, transforming the streets of Manchester into a dazzling sight for all to see.
From midday on Friday, Mancunians will be treated to an unforgettable performance as a vintage Penny Farthing bike and dazzling ‘Gatsby Girls’ roam through key city centre locations 12pm – 4pm, sharing branded Grand Pacific newspapers filled with relaunch details, cocktail vouchers and exclusive invitations to enjoy 50% off dining throughout their soft launch period 8th – 21st September.
The Gatsby Girls will perform four roaming sets in the afternoon, psyching up the streets for the big relaunch. The route will take them around signature spots like Spinningfields Square, Exchange Square and Deansgate, where members of the public can get some great selfies and pick up their vouchers.
Grand Pacific will then officially reopen on Monday 8th September, reborn as a modern dining room that will celebrate the rich tapestry of British gastronomy and present nostalgic and elevated classics. The new menu will focus on locally sourced ingredients, with each dish elevated through contemporary technique and a wine list that highlights both old and new world favourites.
