Souffle pancake specialists Fluffy Fluffy are to celebrate their first summer in Manchester by adding the dreamy Pistachio Pancake to their menu this July.
Prepared the traditional Fluffy Fluffy way by whipping egg whites into soft peaks and cooking them low and slow, this special edition sweet treat is then topped with fresh raspberries, crushed pistachios, a house-made pistachio crema and a pouring of pistachio milk sauce. Creamy, dreamy heaven on a plate. The Pistachio Pancake is available Monday – Friday over summer so pancake fans will have to make sure they clear their midweek diary to catch these very special treats.
They’re also launching two light, zingy and refreshing summer drinks, the Mango Iced Slushie and Mango and Passion Black Tea, both available from 10th July. The Mango Iced Slushie is made with mango, coconut milk, and cheese foam – a special ingredient often used in boba tea which has taken fans by storm over the past few years. A Mango and Passion Black Tea will be the ultimate summer cooler for a sunny day in the city.
These new summer specials can now be enjoyed on Fluffy Fluffy’s brand new al fresco seating area – weather permitting of course. The mini outdoor terrace located directly outside the Whitworth Street store is the perfect place to watch the world by over a stack of delicious Fluffy Fluffy pancakes.
Since opening in Manchester in October last year, Fluffy Fluffy have been causing a stir, with thousands heading over to Whitworth Street and queuing out the door for their souffle pancake fix.
The Pistachio Pancake and drinks are the latest addition to a fabulous and Insta-worthy menu at Fluffy Fluffy, with popular flavours including Oreo, Biscoff, and Creme Brulee all introduced since Fluffy Fluffy opened their doors
