First Street, Manchester, the creative neighbourhood in the heart of the city, is offering a range of outside eating venues this Spring and, as such, is one of the city’s most exciting outdoor destinations.

Simon Wood, winner of Masterchef UK and owner of Wood Restaurants, has launched a Taco and Tequila Shack that is open from 4-9pm Thursday-Saturday, with no booking required. Bunny Jacksons, the home of the 20p chicken wing, also requires no booking and is open every day from 12pm-3am.

Indian Tiffin Room, The Gasworks Brewbar, Pizza Express and Vertigo are all open for service, offering both walk in services and booking. Indian Tiffin Room is currently open 12pm-9pm every day, The Gasworks Brewbar is open 12pm-10pm Tuesday-Saturday, Pizza Express is open 11:30am-10pm every day and Vertigo is open Thursday-Sunday under flexible hours.

The outside venues are catering to demand and, as such, opening hours are flexible and subject to change. To keep abreast with opening times, visitors should check the social media feeds of the hospitality vendors.

The vibrant atmosphere currently at play on First Street will be enhanced further upon Junkyard Golf, INNSIDE Manchester, Ribeye Steakhouse and HOME reopening in May, restrictions permitting.
