Celebrate the start of 2018 in style at The Refinery, Spinningfields. With a special New Years Eve menu and loaded fridges full of festive fizz adding a sparkle to your evening.

Visitors could make the evening extra special by booking their own private igloo. The party pods seat eight to ten people and would allow you to celebrate under the stars.

The food menu has some delicious sounding options. To start attendees could pick from four choices including whipped ricotta, parmesan, caperberries & herb flatbread or salt and pepper squid with lemon mayonnaise.

Main meal options include dishes such as sirloin steak accompanied by chips and a bearnaise sauce or half a chicken, gremolata and lemon. Other dishes on the main menu include grilled salmon with sauteed winter greens and butternut squash, sumac yoghurt with harissa and mint.

To finish off the three course feast diners can enjoy luxurious desserts that include a buttermilk panna cotta with a sharp cherry compote or a dark chocolate tart perfectly matched with salted caramel ice-cream.

Entertainment is also on offer with resident DJ’s and mixologists on hand until 01:00 to give party goers a night to remember.
