The iconic French restaurant group Brasserie Blanc are set to open a restaurant in Hale Barns, Manchester. The all-new dining experience will offer guests a true slice of rural France. The restaurant and terrace will be opening on 16th July within the newly refurbished Manchester Airport Marriott Hotel.

Acclaimed chef Raymond Blanc will be sharing exciting new international dishes inspired from his travels. They’re perfect for a summer lunch! From fruity lamb tagine, grilled cod with preserved lemon and squid ink risotto, fantastic quality steaks, free-range Cornish beef burger with fries or Comté cheese, there will be something on the menu you taste buds will adore.

The menu includes incredible starters like vegetable summer rolls stuffed with avocado, carrots, mint, cucumber, coriander pesto and a soy dipping sauce. For seafood lovers there are fabulous dishes like potted Cromer crab or moules marinieres.
