Luxury Dakota Hotel in Manchester is launching limited edition cocktail, Trust in Joy, with £1 from every cocktail donated to support local LGBT+ youth charity, The Proud Trust.
This shaken not stirred cocktail is the perfect fruity friend to toast the weekend of Manchester Pride between 27th August and 30th August and will be served on the Dakota Terrace and in The Bar and Grill on Ducie Street.
The cocktail embodies the much-loved Northern energy with a base of local Manchester Raspberry Gin, whilst combining the perfect mix of sweet and sharp flavours with pink grapefruit, peach liquor, lemon juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, foamer and lavender plant.
The colours and flavours result in a beautifully balanced summertime tipple, perfect to enjoy the celebratory weekend in style.
Dakota Manchester will be donating £1 of every Trust In Joy cocktail sold to The Proud Trust – the home of LGBT+ youth which helps empower young people to be themselves.
The Manchester-based charity supports an equal world in which the LGBT+ community can live happily, free from any prejudice.
