The brand-new botanical inspired all-day dining, drinking and entertainment destination, eden, will launch in the city of Manchester this August.
Breathing new life into the NOMA quarter, the glamorous ‘Garden of Eden’ styled haven will offer a globally inspired menu from morning to night. From bottomless brunches, to sharing platters, wood-fired grills and authentic sourdough pizzas – there’s something for all occasions.
From sunrise, eden presents an enchanting eatery starting the day with a delicious brunch menu served Monday to Friday until 12pm and 3pm at the weekend. Menu options include Crushed Avocado Sourdough, Buttery Crumpets, Full British Breakfast and Full British Vegan Breakfast. Introducing a wondrous way to spend your weekend, eden’s bottomless brunch is priced at just £25 per person. Indulge in your choice of free flowing Bellinis or bottomless bubbles with any of the brunch menu dishes.
The all-day menu includes ‘starters & sharers’ with highlights from this section including Katsu Chicken Skewers, Lebanese Lamb Flatbread and Chorizo Scotch Egg, with vegetarian options including Mac & Cheese Bites, LA Chopped Salad and gluten-free garlic bread – Garlic Bianca.
eden’s artisan pizzas are handmade and baked on site in the traditional clay pizza oven. Perfect for sharing, every pizza is over 2ft long, with gluten free bases available on request. The restaurant offers traditional Italian classics with margherita, pepperoni and quattro formaggio. The house signature pizza is ‘The Garden of eden’ with a beetroot ketchup base, grilled courgettes, roast harissa chickpeas, crumbled feta, rocket, and topped with harissa yoghurt. Guests can choose to enjoy any eden classic pizza, a bottle of wine and a dessert to share between two people for £20 from Monday to Thursday, 5pm to 10pm as part of the Dine Out 2 for £20 offer.
Transforming traditional dining, eden offers chic dining options inspired from the land, earth and sea. Land dishes include the eden Cheeseburger; a spectacular chargrilled 6oz Angus beef burger patty on a sweet brioche bun, eden’s burger sauce, crisp lettuce and chips. From the earth, Roasted Stuffed Aubergine is served with rose harissa cracked wheat, chickpeas, mint and red onion salad, saffron soya yoghurt and pomegranate. And from the sea, Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet is served with a luscious coconut and lemongrass curry, steamed sticky rice, with fresh basil and coriander chutney. A steak and sandwich selection also grace the eden menu, including a 1kg Tomahawk Sharer Steak.
For those who like it sweet, an eclectic choice of desserts is on offer with a selection of British classics including, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Vegan Chocolate Brownie, Caramelised Apple and Blackberry Crumble, and Strawberry eden Mess – served with strawberry compote, vanilla Chantily cream and crisp meringue with toasted flaked almonds. A selection of botanical teas and coffees are available too.
For social eaters, eden offers a bespoke platters menu; priced at £20 for a ‘Fruits of eden’ platter and a vegetarian ‘V-eden Paradise Platter’. Diners can also opt for the set menu of two courses for £14 and three courses for £19, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options included. Families can make the most of the kids’ menu with a simplified offering of starters, mains, pizza and desserts with dishes starting from £2.50. The open kitchen provides the perfect setting for date nights, dinner with friends or a special celebration.
In the early evening, eden’s elegance blossoms; with an elegant drinking and dining scene, where guests can sip on botanical-themed artisan cocktails, worldly liquors, craft beer and wines. eden’s inspired signature cocktail menu has everything from bespoke fresh blossoms to wondrously wild creations, including Adam & Eve: Green apple liquor, Brooklyn Gin, lemon juice, honeycomb syrup, topped with eden’s own insignia and Original Sin Buffalo: Trace Bourbon, bitter orange & chocolate cookie syrup. Classic cocktails, mocktails and an extensive Gin & Tonic menu is also available.
A jewel in the eden Manchester crown, the three-floor venue will boast a sumptuous outdoor terrace, providing a sun-drenched hideaway in the city for all al fresco occasions. Boasting contemporary, floral-themed interiors, complete with botanical inspired artwork and captivating graphics; eden marries elegance with exoticism and opulence with energy.
